He is survived by: his wife Missy Nash-Petree; his sons, Jeff Petree (Robin) and Justin Nash; his grandchildren, McKenzee Carr (Jackson) and Devin Mays; his mother Osa Petree; his siblings, Regina Ricker (Tom) and Curtis Petree (Joy); his close friend Norris Lake Dock; and also Apollo.
