He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Copeland; his son-in-law PierceCopeland; his stepson Jason Rupp; his daughter-in-law Kristin Rupp; his grandchildren, Eleanor Grace Copeland, Madelin Rupp, Draven Reece Copeland, David Brody Copeland and Raymond Pierce Copeland, Jr.; and his siblings, Carol Kerr of Knoxville, Gary Willis of Dillard, GA, Dee Willis of Cleveland, OH and Ken Willis of Avondale Estates, GA..
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (11837 Grigsby Chapel Rd, Knoxville, TN 37934).
