She was predeceased by: her son Elmer Lewis, Jr.; her parents, Warness Johnson and Josephine Johnson; and her brother Doug. She is survived by: her significant other Elmer Lewis, Sr.; her son David (Lee Ann) of Mt. Carmel; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Hope, Jennifer, Jessica, Brandi and Kyle. She is also survived by spouses, and 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Breakthrough T1D for diabetes research, St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or to the youth program of FBC Church Hill.
