With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zelma Lois Blevins Pennycuff of Jonesborough, Tennessee, born in Elizabethton, Tennessee, who passed away on December 14, 2023 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Blevins and Edith Range Blevins; and her husband Finys Gail Pennycuff. She is survived by: her daughter Lois Oiler (David); and her granddaughters, Annika Carrier (Josiah) and Makenna Wilkins (Garrett).
