It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Lane of Jonesborough, Tennessee, born in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Jeter P. Barnett (Jesse Slagle Barnett); her siblings, Lloyd, Hubert, Clifford Barnett (Neil Andes) and Christine Barnett; and her daughter-in-law Misty Lane.
She is survived by: her husband Gordon Lane; her children, Jeff Lane, Lisa Story (Jerry), Jimmy Lane (Deborah) and Billy Lane; her grandchildren, Jonathon Story, Brittany Dugger, Andrew Lane, Berkley Lane, Tyler Jones, Joey Lane and Samantha Lane; and her great grandchildren, Jon Story, Sarah Grace Story, Ivan Kyker, Presley Kyker, Abigail Dugger, Fletcher Lane and Kingston Lane.
