It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Levi Clark of Jonesborough, Tennessee, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Clark and Ethel Clark; his wife Jeanette; his sons, Steve and Tim; his grandchildren, Paige, Ian, Leah and Abigail; his siblings, Mary Jane, George, Mildred and Margret; his former wife Gayle Clark; and also Langston.

Sam took faithful care of Gayle while she suffered, and eventually died, from Alzheimer's.
