He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. Czeikowitz and Marjorie Thompson Czeikowitz; his son David Czeikowitz; and his sister Judith Czeikowitz. He is survived by: his wife Betty Czeikowitz; and his daughters, Amy Jones, Elaine Ford and Kim Reed. He is also survived by several other family members and close friends.
