She is survived by: her children, Alan Reed (Patricia) of Kingsport, Tennessee, Janie Sexton, Susan Honeycutt (Dennis) of Hendersonville, Tennessee, Mary Ellen Reed (Sandy Kenin) of Carrollton, Georgia and David W. Reed (Anne Laurie) of Columbia. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
