It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Lee Ward (Jonesborough, Tennessee), who passed away on June 12, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Inez Adams Baines; and her husband Doyle Junior Ward. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Stamper (Jeff) and Jimmy Ward (Beverly); her brother Jimmy R. Baines; and her grandchildren, Amber Stamper, Chelsea Church (Wes), Jaima Price (Paul) and Cory Ward (Mechele). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
