She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kelsey and Lou Fern Kelsey; her husband Vernon Athol Sifford; and her siblings, Lucille Love, Kathleen Perkins, Mary Stokes, Margaret Keller, Ellen McKinney, Arthur "Bud" Kelsey, Bob Kelsey and Milburn Kelsey.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Leonard (George) and Vernon Joseph Sifford (Judy); her grandchildren, Marcella Wheeler (Tony), George Leonard (Kim) and Misty Sifford; her great-grandparent Tina Hyder (Greg); her great grandchildren, Maylee, Trey Leonard, Rebecca Austin of Kathryn Copas, D. J, Austin and Eric Sifford; and her caregivers, Rebecca and Janet. She is also survived by three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
