She is survived by: her husband Marvin Carter; her sons, Todd Carter (Cindy) and Michael Carter; and her brothers, Ben Lilly (Frankie) and Steven Lilly (Alma). She is also survived by three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
