She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Gleason Pate and Wanda Sparks; her stepfather Lewis Sparks, Jr.; and her brother Ricky "Squirrel" Pate. She is survived by: her husband Carl Hensley; her son Jason Hensley (Brenda); and her grandsons, Jordan Hensley (Myckenzie Kramer), William Hensley and Matthew Hensley (Samara Waldrop).
