She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew L. Sartain and Martha Alice Sinard Sartain; her former husband Alec Toth; her husband Gene Milhorn; her siblings, Louise Metcalf, Mary Slemp, Floyd Sartain, Herbert Sartain and Rufus Sartain; and her siblings-in-law, John Holloway, Frank Proffitt, Earl Metcalf, Bill Slemp, Ruth Sartain and Julia Sartin.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Toth Stidham (Mark) of Jonesborough, Patricia Toth Mills (Anthony) of Jonesborough and Jeff Toth (Debbie); her grandchildren, Stewart Stidham (Carson), Peyton Toth (Vanessa Dykes) and Zachary Mills; her siblings, Margie Holloway, Polly Proffitt, Don Sartin and Fred Sartain (Kathy); and her sister-in-law Jean Sartain. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
Memorial donations may be made to Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church.
