He is survived by: his wife Flora Millican; his daughter Lee Ann Myers (Henry); his grandchildren, Curtis Myers (April), Casey Myers (Tiffany), Cody Whitehead (Kelsey) and Andrea Giorgio; his great grandchildren, Killyen Myers, Adam Whitehead, Adalynn Whitehead, Paizlee Whitehead and Logan Myers; and his sister Donna Spence.
