She was predeceased by: her mother Sarah Jo Bales. She is survived by: her husband Larry Hale; her daughter Shawna Berry; her grandson Hunter Logan Hale Berry; her sisters, Cathi Hawley (Danny), Mary Ann Davis (Gary) and Sylvia Hale (Joe); and her close friend Sherry Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
