He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Carpenter and Bernice Voiles; his siblings, Larry Carpenter, Todd Carpenter and Deborah Carpenter; and his grandparents, Will, Mertie Carpenter, Rufus and Laura Singleton.
He is survived by: his brothers, Lynn Carpenter, Scott Carpenter (Charlotte) and Jeff Singleton (Jennifer); and his aunts and uncles, Johnny Singleton, Charles Singleton, Wanda Singleton, Kathy Singleton and Dorothy Singleton.
