He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha Winfield McGann, Sr. and Clara Beaulah Barger; his siblings, Phil McGann, C. B. McGann, Bernice Morrison, Kay Perkinson, Geneva Cooley and Marcie McGann; and his former spouse Huberta LeaAnn Jarvis.
He is survived by: his children, William Glenn McGann (Barbara) of Hartselle, AL, O. W. McGann, III (Carla) of Arab, AL, Charles Michael Benjamin McGann (Rebecca) of Hixson, TN and Ryann Ray McGann Ellis of Dalton, GA; his grandchildren, Alexis, Stowe, Natalie, Jesse, Tiffany, Claire and Counsel; and his former wives, Sondra Montgomery McGann and Mary Evelyn Perkinson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
