He was predeceased by: his father Hugh M. Sparkman; and his brother Marty L. Mitchell. He is survived by: his mother Laura Sparkman; his siblings, Diana Mitchell Musall, Jackie Mitchell and Jimmy Sparkman (Karen); his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Musall (Jasmine Lindsey), Laura Musall, Andrew Mitchell (Lily), Dwight Cook, Derek Cook (Tiffany), Jimmy Sparkman II, Matthew Mitchell, William Mitchell (Lilie), Kazie Sparkman and Lisa March (Steven); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tristan Lindsey, Christopher, Diana, Michael and Bethany Musall. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
