She is survived by: her parents, Karen and Eli; her brother Nick (Lauren); her nephew Max; her niece Natalie; her grandmother Clelda Carter; her aunts and uncles, Cathy, Rodney Beasley, Tom, Barbara Carter, Robert and Sherry Matijevich; her cousins, Brad, Tammy Woods, Brianne and Brent Taylor; her sons, Logan (Elyse Taylor) and Kacie (Dave Voss); her grandchild Torianna; her cousins, Johnna Norton, Lindsay, Patrick Fleming, Jared Matijevich and Shannon Clark; and her caregivers, Cindy Hollingsworth, Leslie Hohl, Pam McCord, Sherry Carr, Nora Sartain, Angelina Sebastian, Julie Williams, Resa Hamilton and Dr. Lance Patton.
