He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Vile and Ethel Marie Vile; and his brothers, Sam and Charlie Vile. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Vile; his children, Mary Polakow (Paul), Joe Vile, Jr., Elizabeth "Libby" Dick, Ethel "Dolly" Prescott (Billy), Cindy Bevill (William), Gary W. Vile (Mary) and Michael Vile; and his stepdaughter Debbie Lansdown (Jeff). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
