She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Otey and Velma Elizabeth Russell (Etherton); her sisters, Narmel Reneau Ward and Mary Poe; and her sister-in-law Leta Russell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia "Cindy" Campbell (Randy) of Jackson, TN and Lisa Ann Loveday of Dandridge, TN; her grandsons, Robert "Rusty" Campbell (Paula), Brock Booker, Phillip Lowery (Lindsey) and Derrick Lowery (Katie); her great grandchildren, Noah, Jacoby, Lainy, Trinity, Eden, Blake and Blair; and her brother Alvin Russell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
