He is survived by: his children, Shawna Shults-Vandergriff and Steve Shults (Joann); his siblings, Thelma Murray, Sarah Miller, Dale Shults and Dalzell W. Shults Jr.; and his grandsons, Steve Shults, Brian Shults (Ashley) and Chris Worth (Liz).
