She is survived by: her sons, Richard Sapp (Emily), Derrick Goff Tracey and Kevin Goff (Jeni); her grandchildren, Joshua Goff, Cooper Goff, Mason Davis, Katie Davis, Cody Livesay, Matthew Livesay and Kira Khaophachanh; and her great grandchild Kamryn Livesay. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
