She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon "Hop" Lee Muir and Mary Lou "Mert" Muir; and her siblings, Billy Joe Henegar, Michael Muir, Billy Ray Muir, Kenneth Muir and Sherry Muir.
She is survived by: her husband Chuck Blaylock; her children, Morgan Evers (Kyle), Macey Grimes (David), Sean Blaylock and Jadin Blaylock; her grandchildren, Rhylynn Condra, Zayn Evers, Khloe Evers and Levi Evers; her brother Eddie Muir; her mother-in-law Debbie Griffin; her brothers-in-law, Lynn Doughty (Cayci) and Alex Doughty; and her friends, Amy Frame (Kenny), Jeannie Howard Gothard, Cindy Powers and Buck Gudger. She is also survived by many sister-in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
