He is survived by: his wife Ollie Mae Walker; his children, Tenisa N. Patrick of Jasper, TN, John Henry Patrick, III of Jasper, TN and Ezekyl M. Patrick of Jasper, TN; his siblings, Theoplis Hale (Stella) of Pontiac, Benjamin Patrick of Chattanooga, TN, Anthony Patrick (Janice) of Bridgeport, AL and Julia Grayer of Pontiac, MI; his grandchildren, Vincent R. Farmer, III, John Henry Patrick, IV, Aiyana R. Farmer, Ezekyl M. Patrick and Javon K. Patrick; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy L. Sewell of Chattanooga, TN, Alice Walker of Chattanooga, TN and Sharon Walker of Chattanooga, TN; his adoptive daughter Caranda; and his grandson Jacari Reynolds.
