She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Davis and Myrtle Dishroom Davis; her husband Junior F. Layne; her brothers, Marvin Davis and Grady Davis; and her daughter-in-law Patricia Layne.
She is survived by: her sons, Tom Layne, Melvin Layne (Pam) and Darrell Layne (Amy); and her sister Barbara Jean. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
