He was predeceased by: his parents, John White Davis and Lottie Reeves Davis; and his siblings, R. L. Davis and Mattie Lee Shadrick. He is survived by: his wife Marian Davis; his son Darrell Davis (Debbie); his granddaughter Brittney Watley (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Dominic, Tionna, Veronica and John Watley.
