He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Phillips and Martha Phillips (McKamey); and his siblings, Rev. Carlas Phillips, Wilmer Phillips, Elmer Phillips, Kilmer Phillips, Ernest Phillips, Kilsie Cook, Elsie Warman, Geneva Shoun, Carrie Gross and Frosty Henderson.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Phillips of Jacksboro; his brother Odis Phillips (Elaine) of LaFollette; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Phillips of Jacksboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
