He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Bentley and Maddox; his wife Linda Barnes (Lay) of Jacksboro; his son Kenny Barnes (Kim Wilson) of Jacksboro; his siblings, Michael Barnes (Ella) of Caryville and Katherine Phillips of Ohio; and his granddaughters, Jessica Freeman (Jason) of Speedwell and Brittany Broughton (Nathan) of Corbin, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and host of other relatives and friends.
