He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kennedy; his grandchildren, Ashley Clark (Ben) and Nathan Rookard (Briana); his great grandchildren, AnnaClaire Rookard and Tristan Clark; and his siblings, Martha Thrasher of Albany, Joe Kennedy of Jacksboro, TN, Clyde Kennedy (Sandra) of Parker, IN and Elbert Kennedy (Doris) of Rocky Top, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
