He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Carr and Mae Carr; his daughter Gloria Carr Mullins; and his siblings, Earl Carr Jr., J. T. Carr, David Carr, Beulah Voyles, Gloria Sue Marlow and Shirley Cox.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Terry (Floyd) of Jacksboro, Della Douglas (Bob) of Ohio and Mary Shetterly (Rocky) of Jacksboro; and his siblings, Martin Carr (Cecil) of Morley, Richard Carr (Mildred) of Morley, Joyce Miller of Morley, Juanita Frank of Arizona and Leshia Marlow (Buck) of Morley. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
