He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Evans and Lettie Evans (Marlow); and his brothers, Bill Evans, Willis Evans, Bobby Evans and Millard Evans.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Evans, Lois Holder, Loretta Ridenour, Lunda Nelson, Harriet Ann Adkins and Helen Brock.
