It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael David Westbrook of Jacksboro, Tennessee, who passed away on November 5, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrich J. and Mary Jane Steele Westbrook of Altoona; his grandmother Susie Steele; and his uncle Jerry Steele of Altoona, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Jane Wood Westbrook of Jacksboro, TN; his parents-in-law, Meather O. and Ola B. Wood; his brother Dr. Burgin H.; and his sister-in-law Virginia J. Wood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
