He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Blankenship Stephens; his daughters, Pamela Lynne Monroe and Sandi Grasty; his grandchildren, Stephanie Grasty, Brianna Grasty, Josh Grasty (Debora), Dakota Monroe, Jacob Monroe, Joseph Monroe and Jimmy Grasty; his great grandchildren, Kayla Grasty and Johnthan Grasty; his sister Alice Gwen; his son-in-law Joe Monroe; and his brother-in-law Junior Gwen Lots. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
