She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Riley, Shelby, Haley and Lexi; her children, Ronny Spradlin (Ellen) and Karen Phillips; her siblings, Bill, Martha and Deloris; and her close friend Melissa Tidwell. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great-Granddaughter.
