He was predeceased by: his parents, Haskel Beaty and Mary Beaty; and his siblings, Gordon Beaty and Alta Bowman (Ed Bowman). He is survived by: his friends, Monty Bullock, Tommy Phillips, Bill Adkins and Danny Walden; his son Anthony Beaty (Stephanie Shannon Beaty); his grandson Tyler Maxwell; the mother of his children Anne Thompson; and his sister Helen Blankenship (George). He is also survived by Three nephews, one niece and one great niece.
