It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dan Stouffer of Jacksboro, Tennessee, who passed away on November 24, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Howard Stouffer; and his brother-in-law Leon Fullock. He is survived by: his mother Betty Stouffer; his wife Belinda Hawkins Stouffer; his children, Lisa McCullah (Danny Wilhoit), Jeanette (Jeremy Allen), Danielle (Elijah Duncan), Tabitha (Robert Seiber) and Sabian Ragsdale of Lake City; his grandchildren, Amanda Shaneyfelt (Chris), Blake McCullah (Cheyenne), Zachary "Zack" Allen, Savannah Tielman (Shane), Ashley Farmer (Kody), Makayla Seiber, Brady Seiber, Timothy Duncan, John Luke Duncan, Henry Duncan, Ryan Lamons, Emily Hooks and Myra Kesterson; his great grandchildren, Carson Riggs, Lana Riggs, Calimae Shaneyfelt, Payton Shaneyfelt, Cohen McCullah, Mia Blakely McCullah, Annabella Grace Allen, Paxton Carroll, Aralynn Tielman, Avery Jace Farmer, Peyton Farmer, Chase Massengill and Christian Lane; his siblings, Jerri Fullock of Crossville, Iris Conrad (Jerry) of Ohio, Betty Jane "BJ" (Harold George) of Alabama and Howard Stouffer (Tiffany) of Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Valencia, Brody Hutson, Eli, Curtis, Jessica Paterson, Chase, Justin, Kim Stewart and Xander Zolton.
