He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lee Jenkins, Sr. and Anna Mae Carroll Jenkins. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Teeple, Jimmy Lee Jenkins and Andrew Richardson. He is also survived by son 7 Grandchildren 8 Great-grandchildren.
