He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Sullivan and Rose Gauthier Sullivan; and his sisters, Margaret Raiha and Clara Donia. He is survived by: his wife June Sullivan of Jacksboro, TN; his children, Kelly Marie Sullivan of Southgate, Michigan and Timothy Robert Sullivan (Amber) of Maryville, TN; his grandsons, Tom Greenwood, Jake and Scott Baxter; and his sister Rose Rudolph. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
