She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Rochester Ownby and Lena Maxine Townes Ownby; and her siblings, Tommy Ownby, Bennie Ray Ownby, June Cooper, Billie Jean Petty, Louise Hastings, Beverly Garner and Maxine Ownby.
She is survived by: her husband Clifton Cruse of Mixie, Tennessee; her daughters, Wendy Bromley (Shea) of Lexington and Marcia Miller (Mike) of Huntingdon, Tennessee; her sister Iris Edwards of Huntingdon, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Morgan Bromley, Candace Bromley, Bethany Miller, Ashlyn Miller and Carly Miller.
