He was predeceased by: his father Audrine Hollowell; and his brothers, R. J. Hollowell and Edward Hollowell. He is survived by: his wife Janice Hollowell; his sons, Joseph Hollowell (Tamara) of McKenzie and Jason Ray Hollowell of McKenzie; his stepchildren, Amanda Mayberry of Nashville, Fred Johnson (Tammy) of Atwood and Jason Mayberry of Huntingdon; and his siblings, Kathy Reynolds (Donald) of Huntingdon, Judith Smothers (Tim) of Leach, Linda Metcalf (William) of Cedar Grove, William Hollowell of Huntingdon and Michael Hollowell of Huntingdon. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
