With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mayor Dale R Kelley of Huntingdon, Tennessee, who passed away on August 20, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Kelley and Ruth Helen White Kelley; and his brothers, James Kelley and Dwayne Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Carlene Tullos Kelley; his children, Amanda Wallace (Rick) of Huntingdon, Meredith Surber (Tommy) of McKenzie and Cliff Kelley (Holly) of Huntingdon; and his grandchildren, Payten Plunk, Jack Surber, Cole Edwards, Eli Surber, Ty Kelley, Tate Surber, Quinn Kelley and Max Kelley.
