He is survived by: his wife Janice Parham Watson; his son Steve Oatsvall (Lisa); his granddaughter Amanda Oatsvall (Brian); his great grandchild Jayci; his son John Watson; his grandchildren, Brittany and Jacob; his daughter Dayna Smith; his granddaughters, Hannah Hilliard (Daniel) and Sara Beth Smith; his great grandchild Adeline "Adi" Grace Hilliard; and his siblings, Margaret Jackson, Ann Britton, Jane Petty and Ed Watson (Nancy).
