It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Earl Humphreys Jr. of Huntingdon, Tennessee, born in Cordova, Tennessee, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl Humphreys, Sr. and Frankie Humphreys (Burrows); his wife Doris Emma Humphreys; and his sister Bettie Minion. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Carmen Cook, Jenny Opdenbrouw, Corrie Zoetewey and Rebekah Watkins; his great grandchildren, Grace Cook, Sarah Opdenbrouw, Hannah Opdenbrouw, Leah Opdenbrouw, Emma Zoetewey and Eliza Zoetewey; and his children, Patti Morris of Nashville, Kathy Cunningham of Dresden, Beth Watkins (Sam) of Bokoshe and David F. Humphreys (Maggie) of Pensacola, Florida..
