She was predeceased by: her father Finis J. Ray; her husband Ralph Hooten; her brothers, James Ray, Jack Ray and Donald "Hard Head" Ray; and her great grandchild Michael Hooten.
She is survived by: her close friend Jesse Garrett; her daughters, Robbie Ray Thornton (Chris) of Murray Bridge, SA and Sheri Sweatt (Donald) of Dyer, Tennessee; her sister Patty Jo Ray Kelley; her grandchildren, Justin Spindler, Finis Hooten (Kristen), Ayla Roberts (Ethan) and Jessica Holland (Cody); and her great grandchildren, Rylan Spindler, Cali Holley, Carson Holley, Avalee Holland, Zoe Hooten, Catlyn Hooten, Taylor Hooten, Finis Hooten, Jr., Christian Hooten, Gunner Hooten and Baby Roberts.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Mayfield Cemetery Fund.
