He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Tillman and Lottie Adel Cary Stephens; and the mother of his children Janet Carol Stephens. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Marie Stephens (John Jacob Wentzel) and Rachel Joline Vaughan; his brother Riley Wayne Stephens (Susie); his grandchildren, Chloe Mae Stephens, Zackery Evan Vaughan and Daniel James Wood; his niece Anita Stephens White (A. B.); his nephew Gerald Stephens (Lori); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kristen, Brandon White, Stedman and Kensleigh Stephens.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Christian Chapel Cemetery Fund.
