He was predeceased by: his father Alfa Miller; and his brother Orville Miller. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Miller of Holladay, TN; and his siblings, Jerry Miller of Parsons, TN, Ricky Miller of Holladay, TN, Doc Miller of Holladay, TN and Cathy Goodman of Huntington, TN. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
