He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Benjamin Warden Sr. and Netta Louise Leverette; his wife Carolyn Warden; his children, Samuel Alois Warden and Robbie Aline Hoskins; his siblings, Sam Benjamin Warden Jr., Bobby Warden, Louise Brooks and Joyce Daniels; his daughter-in-law Betty Jean Warden; and his brother-in-law Wyly Pace.
He is survived by: his sons, Prince Michael "Mickey" Warden, Centerville, Eugene Warden (Lida), Bon Aqua and Carl Anthony "Tony" Warden; his sisters, Patricia Pace, Antioch, Margaret Jenkins (Wilson), Bon Aqua and Mary Jane Small (John); his siblings-in-law, Jack Holladay (Faye), Camden, James Norman Holladay and Vivian June Warden; and his great great grandchild Along. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren.
