Lois Long Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2023, at the age of 88, Lois Long of Hixson, Tennessee, born in Jackson, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lois Long to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harl Alexander Long; her parents, Homer Henry and Myrtle Gertrude Roberts (Maynor); and her siblings, Homer Henry Roberts, Jr., Mildred Ora Cope, Ellen Florene Hughes and Helen Jean Phillips.

She is survived by: her sister Betty Sue Beam; her daughters, Linda Long Lord (Gary) and Sande Long Shealy (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Ryan Shealy (Makayla), Haley Shealy, Sarah Lord, Zach Lord and Annie Lord Blackard (Ruff); her great grandchildren, Allie Lord, Jack Wengler, Sam Blackard and Robert Shealy; and her friend E. G. Kight. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
