He was predeceased by: his wife Jackie Taylor; his daughter Leslie Armstrong; and his parents, Joe C. Taylor, Sr. and Faye Taylor (Nicks). He is survived by: his stepdaughter Nicki Seay; his grandchildren, Makayla Armstrong, Mason Armstrong, Levi Jolly and Hannah Jolly; and his siblings, Kevin Lee Taylor (Melissa), Kelley T. Gilbert (Keary) and Dawn Knox. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
